Our tools come professionally sharpened and are razor-sharp, ready to use straight out of the box. The tool blades are made from hardenable carbon steel and hardened to 59/62 HRC for maximum durability. With proper use, our tools are built to last and won't break.
Our line of FST tools are designed and built to provide a lifetime of reliable service to both beginners and professionals. We are confident that any FST tool is the last thing you will need to buy. If not, we will replace it free of charge and pay all the shipping costs*.
Please inform us of the issue; include a photograph of the tool that clearly illustrates the problem, and describe your method of usage. Additionally, we require your contact information, which should include your name, phone number, address, and email address. Kindly send these details to returns@forgedsteeltools.com. We will replace the tool at our expense and cover all associated shipping costs.
*Warranty is valid only on a tool that withstands normal use, following all applicable instructions. The warranty does not include normal maintenance such as resharpening. We reserve the right to determine if a claim falls under the warranty.
