How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

U.S. – 8-22 business days

U.K. – 6-14 business days

Canada – 10-24 business days

Australia and New Zealand - 14-32 business days

France and Germany – 6-14 business days

Please note that these are estimates and delivery times can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

What is your policy for Refunds and Exchanges?

Regardless of the situation, we encourage you to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and will do our best to address your needs and find a satisfactory resolution.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items: If you receive an item that you did not order, or if an item you ordered is received damaged or defective, we are here to help. We may ask for a photo to better understand the issue. Under these circumstances, we will gladly issue a full refund or replace the item with an identical one at no additional cost to you.

Damage Due to Customer's Fault: If a tool or item is damaged or broken due to the customer's fault, we are unable to offer a refund. We ensure our products are of high quality and durability, but they must be used and cared for in the intended manner. We encourage customers to handle their purchases with care. We are always here to help with advice on how the item can be repaired or guide you towards finding a suitable replacement.

Returns for Items in Good Condition: We encourage our customers to carefully review their orders before making a purchase to ensure it meets their needs and expectations. If you receive an item in good condition but decide you want to return it for a refund, please note: 

Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. To ensure the item arrives in the condition it was sent, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Condition of Returned Items: If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please package the item carefully to prevent damage during transit.

Time Frame for Returns: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 60 days of delivery. We ask that you contact us as soon as possible within this period if you wish to return or exchange an item, so we can provide you with the necessary instructions and address.

What happens if my package is returned as unclaimed?

If a package is returned to us marked as unclaimed, we will contact you to discuss further actions. This may involve arranging for redelivery or canceling the order, based on your preference.

Is redelivery free?

No, redelivery is not free. The cost for redelivery will be the same as the shipping cost indicated in your original order.

How will I know if my package was unclaimed?

We will notify you via the contact information provided with your order if your package is returned to us as unclaimed.

Will I be responsible for taxes, custom fees, or VAT?

Please note, depending on the destination country, the buyer may be required to pay customs duties and VAT at the time of delivery.

Please be aware that the responsibility for dealing with customs, handling taxes and customs duties on your shipment, as well as addressing any concerns about these fees rests solely with the buyer. Unfortunately, as the seller/shipper, we do not have any control over this process.

Our products are 100% handmade, crafted from the finest materials and steel. We continuously produce our bestsellers and some of the tools, but other tools are only created upon receiving an order. Rest assured, we do our utmost to complete these as quickly as possible and aim to dispatch all orders within 2-7 days.

Do you offer products wholesale?

We are open to wholesale inquiries. Please reach out to us directly for further details regarding wholesale opportunities.

Do you offer custom and personalized orders?

Yes, we take great pride in offering custom and personalized orders to cater to your unique preferences and requirements. Our handmade shop is dedicated to crafting items that perfectly align with your vision. How can I cancel my order?

Cancellations: accepted

In accordance with our cancellation policy, we kindly request that if you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us and request a cancellation within 7 hours of making your order. Prompt communication will ensure the swift processing of your cancellation and refund.

What steel and wood do you use for your tools?

For our axes, knives, carving, and leatherworking tools, we utilize high-quality hardened 52100 steel (hardness of 59/62 HRC), renowned for its outstanding durability and cutting performance.

For the handles of our tools, we select ash wood, prized for its strength and resilience. Ash is an ideal complement to the hand-forged and hardened 52100 steel (hardness of 59/62 HRC), ensuring not only perfect cutting properties but also enhanced rust resistance. This combination guarantees that our tools are not only effective but also long-lasting.

Do I need to do any assembly or sharpening when I receive the product?

No, you do not need to assemble or sharpen the product. It has been meticulously prepared, so you can start using it right away without any hassle.

How should I care for my handmade tools to ensure their longevity and optimal performance?

Our tools are handcrafted with precision and designed for durability. To maximize their lifespan and maintain their quality, we advise following the care instructions outlined below.

Cleaning: Clean your tools with a soft, dry cloth after each use to remove debris or moisture, preventing corrosion or damage.

Storage: Store tools in their provided sheath or a protective case in a dry, controlled environment to avoid rust and deterioration. Avoid humid areas. Before storing the tools, moisten the blade with a cloth lightly soaked in white oil.

Usage: Use your tools for their intended purposes only to prevent damage and wear. For guidance on tool usage, feel free to contact us.

Specific Care for Wood Carving Tools:

Routine Maintenance: Remove wood chips and dust by cleaning your wood carving tools after every use.

Moisture Control: Always keep your tools dry. Moisture can cause rust and decay to both metal and wood components.

Lubrication: Regularly oil the metal parts of your tools to protect against rust. To prevent the tools from corrosion, we recommend applying a small amount of oil on the tools after use or before storing them for a longer period.

Sharpness: Keep your tools sharp. Regular sharpening reduces the risk of accidents and improves the carving experience.
