Are you the actual manufacturer, or a middleman?
We're the forge. Every Sharky Forged STeel Tools tool is hand-made in our own workshop in Kyiv, Ukraine — not sourced from a third-party factory. That's how we control quality, maintain consistent lead times, and offer the margins we do. You're buying directly from the people who make the tools.
Do you offer drop-shipping?
Yes. Once approved as an authorized dealer, you can choose to hold stock yourself or use our drop-ship fulfillment. Drop-ship orders go out in plain, unbranded packaging within 2–3 business days of the customer order. This is particularly popular with online dealers who want to test the brand before committing to inventory. You can switch between stock and drop-ship anytime.
What is the minimum opening order?
$1,500 USD. That's approximately 15–30 individual tools depending on which SKUs you choose, or 3–6 sets. We'll help you pick the right mix for your customer profile during onboarding — most dealers let us build the first order for them based on what sells best in their region.
Is there territory protection?
Yes. We cap the number of authorized dealers in each metro area and postal code zone. Once your territory is taken, we stop approving new dealers in your area. For larger regional or national territories, contact us — this is handled on a case-by-case basis and requires a higher annual volume commitment.
How long does shipping take, and who handles customs?
Orders ship from Ukraine via tracked express courier. Typical delivery time is 7–14 business days. For US dealers, we pre-pay all import duties — nothing extra on delivery.
How does the 90-day Forged Promise work exactly?
Simple. Within 90 days of receiving your opening order, if any SKU hasn't sold, contact your account manager. We'll swap the unsold units for equal-value products from our bestsellers list — or credit 100% toward your next purchase order. The only cost to you is return shipping on the swapped items. No restocking fee. No questions.
What happens after my first year as a dealer?
Dealer status is renewed annually with a minimum of $6,000 in purchases per year (roughly $1,500/quarter). If you hit that, your territory protection, MAP enforcement, and account manager access all continue automatically. If your business is seasonal or slower, talk to us — we're flexible on timing, not on brand commitment.
Do you enforce MAP pricing?
We do. Every dealer signs a Minimum Advertised Price agreement before receiving the wholesale price list. We monitor Amazon, eBay, Google Shopping, and major marketplaces. If a dealer violates MAP, we issue one warning, then revoke their account. Your margin is protected whether you sell in-store or online.
